Our replacement policy allows customers to request a replacement only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and such requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging; due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products, as well as personal care items such as lipsticks, eyeliners, creams, perfumes, and skincare products, are not eligible for replacement. Once the returned item passes our quality check, a replacement will be shipped free of charge, and if the same item is unavailable, we may provide a similar product or store credit. Replacement/Exchange orders will be delivered within 5–7 business days. Minor variations in color, shade, or packaging design do not qualify as defects, and replacements will not be processed for delays caused by courier or shipping partners.
